IDSF Adjudicator congress, Moscow

The next IDSF Adjudicators Congress takes place on February 10th, 1997 in Moscow. All Adjudicators with an IDSF Adjudicators Licence are allowed to participate. IDSF Adjudicators holding already an IDSF Adjudicators B-Licence can receive an IDSF Adjudicators A-Licence by agreement of the IDSF Presidium after having attended the Congress. For the prolongation of the IDSF Adjudicators Licence all IDSF Adjudicators have to take part in the IDSF Adjudicators Congress in Moscow or in a further IDSF Adjudicators Congress to be offered by IDSF up to the end of 1998.

The IDSF Adjudicators Congress takes place at the Hotel Aerostar ****, Moscow.

Timetable:

Monday. February 10th. 1997

10.00 - 11.30 hrs. Standard Wolfgang Opitz, with two couples for demonstration
11.45 - 13.15 hrs. Standard Wolfgang Opitz, with two couples for demonstration
13.15 - 15.00 hrs. Break
15.00 - 16.30 hrs. Latin Keneth Pedersen, with two couples for demonstration
16.45 - 18.15 hrs. Latin Keneth Pedersen, with two couples for demonstration


Accommodation:
A special arrangement was made by the RussianDance Sport Association RDSA with the, following conditions:

Day of arrival: February 9th, 1997. Day of departure: February 1th, 1997

Double room: $ 180.- per night for two persons, breakfast included
Single room: $ 160.- per night for one person, breakfast included


On February 8th and 9th there are IDSF International Open Ranking Competitions - Russian Open - in Moscow. If adjudicators want to visit the competitions, they may stay for the same conditions in the hotel Aerostar".

Each IDSF member Association can nominate two new applicants for a new IDSF Adjudicators Licence. IDSF member associations without licenced IDSF adjudicator may nominate three new applicants for a new IDSF Adjudicators Licence.

The hotel accornmodation must be mode by the Russian Dance Sport Association. please give your wanted hotel reservation to RDSA under Fax No. +7 095 4348236 or Phone No. + 7 095 4342706.

The reservation must consist of the following details: Name, first name, nationality and creditcard number

RDSA guarantees to all adjudicators the transfer airport-hotel-airport if the adjudicators give the times of arrival and departure up to January 15th, 1997 to RDSA, Because most of the adjudicators a Visa for coming to Russia, please give as soon as possible to RDSA the following dates for a named official invitation:

Name, First Name, Date of Birth and Passport Number

Alt participants of the IDSF Adjudicators Congress will receive an official invitation by fax in time for making their application for a Visa.
